After 2 years of effective existence, Association "Label Foie Gras des Landes" established a first quantified assessment of its activity. On the whole, it is nearly 650 000 products of "Label Rouge" cutting Farm Duck of Landes which were distributed over this period. One immediately notes a distribution about balanced between range supermarket (350 000 products) and the traditional circuit (300 000), represented by the butchers, porkbutchers, tripe butchers and delicatessens.
