With modern premises and meticulous organisation of work, LB du Gourmet doesn't leave anything to chance, and works in a perfectly hygienic environment. The duck, once it enters the buildings air conditioned at 10°, follows a precise route. Its liver is graded, its meat carved and packaged into magrets, aiguillettes and duck legs. All this is done skillfully without any risk of mixing two products of different quality at any one time. |
